Willie Paul Glass

Willie Paul Glass, 92, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023, at his home.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 21, 2023, at Pinecrest Memory Gardens with Rev. Randall Kennedy officiating.
Born on June 2, 1931, in Barwick, Georgia, he was the son of the late Noah Eldon Glass and Barbara Ella Boyd Glass. He was a truck driver for Sunnyland Packing Company and was a member of Crestwood Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Carolyn Lucene Owens Glass; 5 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Mr. Glass is survived by his son, Jerry P. Glass and wife Clarice of Cordele; daughters, Carol Sue Allegood and husband Jeff of St. Cloud, Florida, and Rhonda Carden and husband David of Moultrie; brother, Jimmy Glass and wife Elizabeth of Old Hickory, Tennessee; grandchildren, David Glass and wife Rachel, Julie McLemore, Jamie Allegood, Brian Allegood and wife Justina, and Derek Carden and wife Phyllis; and 5 great-grandchildren.
