William Howard Moore

William Howard Moore, 64, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Born on July 26, 1961, in Adel, Georgia, he was the son of the late Robbie Conger “Thornton” and Grady Phill Moore. Mr. Moore worked in construction and was of the Holiness faith.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Irma Jean Craven, Anna Lou Ybarra, and Mary Jane Sangster; brother, James Moore; and grandchild, Charlie Alexander II.

Mr. Moore is survived by his loving wife, Charlie Ann Barfield Powell Moore of Moultrie; son, Carlton Powell, Jr. and fiancée Bekah of Moultrie; daughter, Melissa Powell Alexander and husband Christopher of Valdosta; grandchildren, Christopher Alexander, Jr. and wife Alexis, Jacob Alexander and fiancée Emma, Katie Alexander, Daniel Alexander, Neveah Morrell, Bailey Alexander, Zoey Alexander, Cam Powell, Waylon Powell, Colton Alexander; great grandchildren, Elijah Alexander and Axel Alexander; brothers, Ottis Hargraves of Moultrie, Randall Hargraves and wife Sherri of Thomasville, and Marvin Morre and wife Connie; sisters, Linda Trammell and husband Terry of Moultrie, and Geraldine Velazquez of Moultrie.
