William Dorsey Braswell

William Dorsey Braswell,71, of Moultrie, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 8, 2021 in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Volyes officiating assisted by Rev. Tim Dudding.
Mr. Braswell was born on May 31, 1950, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Hugh Dorsey Braswell and Florel Prince Braswell. He was retired from M&M mars in Albany and was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Floyd Braswell; and sister, Beth Benton.
Mr. Braswell is survived by his wife, Peewee “Mary Lou” Collins Braswell of Moultrie; sons, Casey Braswell of Norman Park, and Heath Braswell and wife Allison of Moultrie; grandchildren, Ashley Boyd, Jordan Payne, Kensley Braswell, Brayl Braswell, Cason Braswell, and Ivey Braswell; great grandchildren, Ashton Weaver, Kaila Boyd, and Kohlton Boyd; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 6:00-8:00PM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
