William "Billy" Henry Beverly

William “Billy” Henry Beverly, 78, of Moultrie, Georgia, died Monday, June 22, 2026, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Born on February 18, 1948 in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late O.Z. Beverly and Juanita Elizabeth Baxley Weeks. He worked in the maintenance department for Kelley Manufacturing Co. and was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 25,2026 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Mr. John Beverly officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa M. Beverly; and grandson, Jonathan Austin Beverly.

Mr. Beverly is survived by his sons, John Beverly and wife Amy of Moultrie, James Beverly of Tennile, Georgia, Josh Beverly and wife Fallon of Worth County, and Jonah Beverly and wife Miranda of Moultrie; brothers, Roy Weeks and wife Nora of Norman Park, Doyce Weeks and wife Joy of Norman Park, and Earl Weeks of Eatonton, Georgia; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will be gathering after the service at the Scooterville Store 5023 Hwy 256, Omega, Georgia 31775.
