Trudy Ann Burke Wells

Trudy Ann Burke Wells, 80, of Moultrie, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Pruitt Health-Moultrie.
Graveside services will be held at 5:00 pm, on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Rev. Lennon Howell officiating. Mrs. Wells’ grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 3:30pm until 5:00pm.
Born on September 22, 1943, in Beacon, New York, Trudy was the daughter of the late Columbus Benjamin Burke and Anna Catherine Foller Burke. She was a retired nurse of 40 years. She loved taking care of others and giving selfless love. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Thelma Marie Burke Whittaker.
Mrs. Wells is survived by her sons, Jeff Wells of Albany, Mike Wells of Palatka, Florida, Mark Wells and wife Paige of Newnan; daughter, Jennifer Wells Willams and husband Michael of Moultrie; grandchildren, Austin Wells, Ben Wells, Jackson Wells, Mandy Wells Phillips and husband Nathan, Matt Wells, Joshua Williams and wife Nikki, Jordan Williams, Anna Williams, Lawren Wells, Taylor Wells, and Kate Wells; great-grandchildren, Hayley Wells, Luke Phillips, Lucy Jane Phillips, Laurel Williams, and Mason Wells; and brother Daniel F. Burke and wife Gina of Molino, Florida; special caregiver /daughter, Iris Fleming Clark; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the caring staff at Pruitt Health for their continuous care during this time of illness.

The family will gather at the home of Michael and Jennifer Williams.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Moultrie Colquitt County Humane Society.
