Timothy "Tim" Sauls

Tim G. Sauls, 59 of Albany, Georgia, died Friday, November 4th, 2022. Tim was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Neal Stanley Sauls and Angela Sauls. Tim grew up in Moultrie GA. He lived and raised his family in Worth County GA. Tim drove a semi for many years and he loved pointing out places he saw on TV and telling us “I’ve been right by there”. While he helped raise his family, he was fortunate to be home every day so he could spend time with his sons and coach them in baseball. Tim enjoyed sports and was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan. Tim was known for his quick wit and off the wall jokes. He loved to make people laugh, and he did it well. Six years ago, he received the gift of a Pit Bull puppy, that we named Slash, that brought him more joy than anything except his family. Everyday he would tell me to take care of his “lil boy”. He will be truly missed.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Selina Sauls of Worth County GA, son Shaun Sauls, of Albany GA, son Todd Sauls, and wife Jamie, of Lagrange GA, son Brett Sauls, and wife Carly of Atlanta, GA, Sister Sheila Stores, and husband Dave of Monticello, GA and their daughter Maggie Stores. Grandchildren Mckenzie, Bryce, and Matthew, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, fur babies, Slash, Pattie, and Boo.
Proceeded in death by his brother Terry Phillip Sauls of Moultrie GA.
Visitation with the family will be held at the Worth County Community Center in Sylvester, GA on November 13th from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00pm following the visitation.
