Shirley Jean Brown Campbell

Shirley Jean Brown Campbell, 60, of Moultrie, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, at her home.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Reverend Julian Griner officiating. Interment will follow at Baker Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Stephen Blair, George Brown Jr., Carl Brown Jr., Schuyler Drusko, Brian Tucker, and Dewey Young will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Born on August 6, 1965, in Quitman, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late George Brown and Martha Holmes Brown.

Mrs. Campbell held an accounting certificate and worked as a private caregiver, a role that reflected her caring and dependable nature. She cherished time spent with her family and found joy in life’s simple pleasures. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, fishing, and traveling to casinos while trying her luck at gambling. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Ivey Brown; and brothers-in-law, Scott Campbell and Robert Campbell.

She is survived by her husband, Richie Albert Campbell of Moultrie; daughters, Kara Willoughby, Chrystal Mae Goodale and husband TJ, and Beth Dangar; son, Marc Willoughby; grandchildren, Timmy Goodale, Noah Goodale, and Gabriel Goodale; sisters, Wanda Croft, Brenda Yarbrough and husband Tim, and Mary Drusko and husband Stephen, all of Norman Park; brothers, Buddy Brown and wife Beth of Norman Park, Carl Brown and wife Lana of Norman Park and William Brown of Michigan; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Gwen Horne Brown, Linda and Ed Pritchet, Arthur and Tina Campbell, Danial Campbell, and Phillip Campbell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
