Sheila Kay Ford Horn, 60, of Moultrie, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Born on January 8, 1963, in Port Orange, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Mattie Cornell Dowling and Tommy Ford. She worked as a produce manager for Oxleys and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Cox King.
Mrs. Horn is survived by her loving husband, Robert Steven Horn of Moultrie; daughter, Mae Elizabeth Anderson and husband Malcolm von Krogh, III of Meigs; son, Michael Patrick Ford; brother, Carl Ford and wife Jackie of New York; sister, Madeline Inez Johnson of Moultrie; and special friend, Linda King.
Arrangements entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
