Phillip Charles Tinner, 57, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at his home.

Mr. Tinner was born on April 17, 1969 in Amarillo, Texas to the Late Darlene Beaver. Phillip had a deep love for football, especially cheering on his favorite team, the Alabama Crimson Tide. Whether watching a game at home or talking about plays and players, his enthusiasm was contagious. Beyond football, he cherished time spent outdoors, hunting and fishing—activities that brought him peace and a sense of connection to nature.

He was known for his love of singing and his gift for telling jokes, always ready with a story or a laugh to brighten someone’s day. Phillip never met a stranger; his kindness and genuine care for others made everyone feel welcome and valued. He truly loved people, and that love was returned by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Phillip was a man of Christian faith, which guided his life and shaped his compassionate spirit. His faith gave him strength and was a source of comfort to those around him.

He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for his joyful heart, his humor, and the love he shared so generously. His memory will live on in the lives he touched and the moments he made brighter.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Clark Tinner of Moultrie; sons, Bailey Tinner of Texas, Rodney Harris and wife Latoya of Moultrie, Brad Tebeest of Texas, Brittian Tebeest of Oklahoma, Brennen Tebeest of Moultrie; daughter, Crystal Harris of Moultrie; grandchildren, Aliyah Harris, Alanna Harris, Ava Harris, Skylar Harris, Asya Harris, Braylen King, and Jaxson King; brothers, Lonnie Clark, Anthony Beavers, and Elvin Beavers all of Texas; and sister, Marsha Gardner and husband Michael of Texas.
