Phillip Lee Butler

Phillip Lee Butler, 56, of Moultrie, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Reverend Zach Abell officiating. Interment will follow at Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Buddy Bryan, Chad Kelley, Wade Dillon, Jack Brinkley, Tommy Strickland, and Dustin Butler.

Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM.

Phillip was born on January 27, 1970, in Vero Beach, Florida. He was the son of the late James Rhett Butler and Sheryl K. Partington Butler of Funston. Mr. Butler worked as a carpenter and was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Roy Adam Butler, and sisters, Regina Denise Sharpe and Susanne Marjean Childers.

Mr. Butler is survived by his wife, Lisa Gail Kelley Butler of Funston; sons, Cameron Butler and wife LeAnna and Eric Butler and wife Lauri both of Moultrie; daughters, Rosa Lamb, Sidda Lamb, and Sami Lamb; grandchildren, Carsen Butler, Hudson Butler, Noah Butler, and Ella Butler; brothers, James Edwin Butler of Moultrie, Wayne Lamar Butler and Kay Jackson of Doerun, Matthew Jack Butler and wife Shauna of Hartsfield, and Daniel J. Butler and wife Julie of Funston; sister, Cassandra Coleen Burgess of Cairo; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
