Patsy C. Hall

Patsy C. Hall, 79, of Moultrie, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, October 21, 2023 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Lennon Howell and Rev. Carl Felts officiating. Interment will follow in Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hall’s grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers. Walt Brown, John Thompson, Matt Thompson, Jamie Lowery, Jody Terry and Joe Baker will all serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
Born on March 12, 1944, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Doyle Carter and Ruby Lowery Carter. Patsy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister-in-law, and friend. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and a graduate of Norman Park High School class of '62. Patsy retired from Colquitt Co. Board of Education Nutrition Services.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, R.L. Hall.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her children, Roy L. Hall, Jr. and wife Mary Melissa of Pavo and Tonya Hall Lucas and husband Joel of Moultrie; grandchildren, Nicholas Hall, Noah Hall, Braylee Hall, Bailey Lucas, Danielle Lucas, and Jamie Lucas; brother-in-law, Randy Hall and wife Irma of Quitman; and sisters-in-law, Gwen Braswell Hartsfield and Judy Peek of Fort Myers, Florida; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
