Patricia “Patsy” Norman Morgan, 89, of Norman Park, Georgia, died on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Westview Cemetery in Moultrie, Georgia, with Reverend Jim Horne officiating.

Born on February 27, 1936, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John Ellis Norman and Bessie Savell Norman. Mrs. Morgan was affectionately known in the community as the “horse lady”. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She dedicated her life to her family, her home, and her love for animals. Known for her talent and compassion as a horse trainer, she shared a special bond with every animal she cared for. She enjoyed attending arts and crafts shows and spending time woodworking and painting. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Crosland Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, James “Bubber” A. Morgan.

Mrs. Morgan is survived by her sons, James Ellis Morgan, Flynn Allen Morgan, and Timothy Brett Morgan all of Norman Park; daughter, Lynn Morgan of Moultrie; grandchildren, Seth Morgan and wife Catherine, Parker Morgan, Magan Phillips, Renee Terry and husband Dale, Wes Smith and wife Brandy, Brettney Morgan Placek and husband John, and Courtney Morgan Sapp and husband Forrest; and great-grandchildren, Noah Morgan, Chase Morgan, Piper Morgan, Kelsey Maxwell Whitfield, Cpl. Garrett Maxwell, Nathan Phillips, Asher Terry, Gabriella Morgan Sapp, Gianna Marina Sapp, Shiloh Grace Sapp, Makayla Powell, and Denver Powell.
