Ocean Taylor Simmons, 24, of Norman Park, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 14, 2022, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Born on February 21, 1998, in Orange Park, Florida, she was the daughter of Gary Randolph Simmons of Norman Park, Georgia and Teresa Anne Watkins Simmons of Orange Park, Florida.
Miss Simmons was preceded in death by her daughter, Heaven Sky Simmons.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Paradise Taylor Simmons; brother, Garrett Ryan Simmons of Orange Park, FL; sisters, Ashley Doran and husband Thomas of Wildomar, CA., Lili Rose Morris of Orange Park, FL., Morri Grace Morris of Orange Park, FL.; grandmother, Mary Anne Watkins of Orange Park, FL.; nephews, Michael, Isaiah and Camryn; cousins, Katie Hackett and Brenda Withlow.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
