Myra Thornton 57, Of Norman Park, GA. Passed away on Friday April 19th 2024 at 9:20 PM. And is asleep in the Lord awaiting the second coming of Jesus at the resurrection.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 3:00 pm, at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Pastor Idel Suarez, Jr. and Senior Pastor Larry Watts officiating.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Born on April 30, 1967, in Manila, Philippines, she was the daughter of Misael R. Pagbilao and Imelda M. Pagbilao. Mrs. Thornton worked as the head chef and Kitchen Manager for International Missionary SDA Reform Church Campus in Norman Park, Georgia and was an active member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Thornton is survived by her loving and devoted husband, JD Butler Thornton, Jr.; children, Jason Thornton, Russell Troy Becera, Hazelle Becera, Giezelle Becera Bales and husband Travis, Eiron Dale Pagbilao, and Nathan Thornton; grandchildren, Leila Becera, Andres Bales, Gabriel Bales; brother, Merlo Pagbilao and Michael Pagbilao; and sister Marla Manaog.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
