Miguel Baez

Miguel Baez, 78, of Moultrie, Georgia died on Friday, March 15, 2024, at his home surrounded by family.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Baker Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Baker Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour before service.
Miguel was born on July 5, 1945, in Guines, Cuba to Pedro Baez and Anastasia Ramos Baez. Mr. Baez worked at Walmart for many years as a store associate. He was a devoted Jehovah's Witness and enjoyed attending services with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Valentin Baez, Jose Baez, Alberto Baez, and Carlos Baez.
He is survived by his wife, Ana Leyda Baez; daughters, Emilia Rosa Baez and Sunen Canete; son, Maikel Baez; sons-in-law, Hermes Canete and Efrain Canete; daughter-in-law, Loida Baez; grandson, Eduardo Miguel Troche; sister, Rosa Baez; brother, Fermin Baez; stepson, Armando Rivera.
