Marilyn Marie Nichols Jordan

Marilyn Marie Nichols Jordan, 71, of Moultrie, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

No formal service will be held.

Marilyn was born on November 11, 1954, in Miami to the late Richard Nichols and Betty Ruth Dykes Nichols. She worked for many years in management with Speedy Cash and Kmart. Marilyn loved her family deeply and treasured the time she spent with them. She was a devoted fan of the Miami Dolphins and also had a lifelong love for Elvis Presley. Marilyn was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patsy Lowery.

She is survived by her son, James Richard Cox; her daughter, Samantha Doile and husband Brian; her grandchildren, Kelsie Doile, Nicholas Doile, Joshua Doile, and Emily Doile; and her sister, Ricky Wilson.
