Lucille Key Smith

Lucille Key Smith, 92, of Norman Park, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on, Saturday, May 20, 2023, in the chapel Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Voyles officiating. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.
Born on June 25, 1930, in Randolph Co., Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Felix Walter Key and Ollie Bell Johnson Key. She was the Secretary of Norman Park Elementary and was of the Christian faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anson Eugene Smith; sons, Barry Douglas Smith and Terry Smith; brothers, Joe and Zenobie Key, Benny and Maude Key, Mathy and Odessa Key, Early and Lettie Lee Key, Omer and Ruby Key, Cecil and Ethel Key, Neal Key; sisters, Myrtle and Melvin Flower, and Violet and Lamar Weaver; sister-in-law, Merita Key; and son in law, Bobby Bowermeister.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter, Jeanie Smith Bowermeister of Loganville; daughter-in-law, Nancy Hampton Smith of Norman Park, and Teresa Smith Henderson of Sylvester; brother, Doyle Key of Norman Park; grandchildren, Becki and Tommy Vanderwalt of Bethlehem, Kelli and Michael Manning of Loganville, Meredith and Mike Causey of Gainesville, GA, Shawn and Brooke Smith of Leesburg, Cory and Brandi Smith of Camilla, Jacob Smith of Norman Park, Erin Smith of Norman Park; great-grandchildren, Sam Smith, Ila Kate Smith, Garrett Vanderwalt, Henry Vanderwalt, Wyatt Vanderwalt, Evan Manning, Walker Smith, and Hartley Smith; and sister-in-law, Jeanette Key of Norman Park.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00 AM on Saturday, May 20, 2023, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
