Lottie Mae Smiley Woodard age 78 of Adel, died Monday August 17, 2015 in Moultrie, GA. Funeral Service will be 1:30 PM Thursday August 20, 2015 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Buck Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Norman Park. Visitation will be 11:00-12:00 Thursday prior to service. Born January 7, 1937 in Cloverport, Ky to Henry Smiley and Nettie Scheursbury Smiley she was a homemaker and member of Massey Baptist Church in Adel. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter; Karen Sue Snyder. She is survived by her husband Billy Farrell Woodard of Adel, daughter; Vickie Lynn Briar & husband Marvin of Ocala, FL, sister; Louise Buddell, 24 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home of Moultrie.
