Lori Ann McCorvey

Lori Ann Fulghum McCorvey, 59, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Pinecrest Memory Gardens with Reverend Shannon Partain.

The family will receive friends at Pinecrest Memory Gardens from 9:30 – 10:00 AM.

Born on March 3, 1967, in Moultrie, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Zimmie Hawkins and Russell Fulghum. Ms. McCorvey worked for Dillards Bail bonds. In her free time, she loved doing arts and crafts, and most importantly spending time with her grandson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joshua Fulghum.

Ms. McCorvey is survived by her daughter, Tiffany McCall and Joshua Allen Jewell of Thomasville; grandchild, Isaiah Jewell; sisters, Donna Hobgood and husband Michael of Tallahassee and Danielle Fulghum of Thomasville; brother, Jeremy Fulghum; special niece, Danielle Houston and husband Doug; special nephews, Michael Hobgood, II, and Justin Hobgood and wife Megan; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
