Kyndsay Marie Sammons Entrekin, 22, of Ft. Stewart, Georgia, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:37 AM on Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Stephen Phillips officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the service. The family request dress attire to be jeans, t-shirt, vans or crocs.
Mrs. Entrekin was born on August 28, 1999, in Fort Carson, Colorado, she was the daughter of Darrell Sammons and Beth Marie Griffin Sammons. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian Faith.
Mrs. Entrekin is survived by her father, Darrell Sammons and Laurimar of Graniteville, South Carolina; mother, Beth Marie Griffin Sammons and Patrick Burke of Norman Park; husband, Taylor Luke Entrekin of Ft. Stewart, Georgia; daughter, Harper Marie Entrekin of Ft. Stewart, Georgia; brothers, Preston Sammons, Tyler Szarek and wife April, and Daniel Johnson; sisters, Crista McMurphy and husband Craig, Elizabeth Weldon and husband Alex, Kaylee Yancey and husband Toby; paternal grandparents, Kathy and Donnie Powell of Doerun, Laura Gonzalez of Graniteville, South Carolina; paternal great grandparents, Mary Champion of Doerun, Iverson and Margie Powell of Doerun; Maternal Grandmother, Carolyn Carter of Moultrie; maternal great grandmother, Beth Ellison of Moultrie; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
