Kenneth Elton Hewett

Kenneth Elton Hewett, 69, of Moultrie, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Pruitt Health Sunrise.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time.

Mr. Hewett was born on February 10, 1957, in Moultrie, Georgia. He was the son of the late Qunicy Hewett and Myrine Calloway Hewett Weeks. Mr. Hewett loved watching wrestling and spending time outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepfather, Cecil Weeks; brothers, Eugene Johnson, and Billy Hewett.

Mr. Hewett is survived by his sisters, Kathy Casteel and husband Lavon of Hartsfield, Delayne Johnson and husband James of Moultrie, Penny Rosales of Moultrie, Andrea Bentley and husband Robert of Moultrie, and Sally Workman of Moultrie; sister-in-law, Karen Hewett; several nieces and nephews
