Kenneth Ralph Duke

Kenneth Ralph Duke, 60, of Moultrie, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at home, surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Jimmy Voyles officiating. Mr. Duke will be laid to rest at Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. Arron Norman, Jeff Norman, Timmy Norman, Tim Davis, Danny Willis, and Philip Duke will all serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be his special friends and childhood classmates.
Born on August 15, 1961, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late William Ralph Duke and Barbara Elaine Howell Bundy. He worked for Windstream Communications as a business Technician and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Brantley Merrill Bundy.
Mr. Duke is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Velda Rose Norman Duke of Moultrie; son, Taylor Duke and special friend Shelby Griffin of Moultrie; daughter, Hailey Duke Ellis and husband Chet of Douglas; grandsons, Bo Ellis and Buck Ellis; sister, Connie Duke Patterson and husband Mike of Moultrie; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home, from 6pm until 8pm.
Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions can be made to the Colquitt Regional Hospice 415 Rowland Dr. Moultrie, GA 31768 or to the Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in care of Timmy Norman 161 Kindred Lane Moultrie, Georgia 31788.
