Katie Elaine Gay, 66, of Norman Park, died Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., today, July 3, at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Julian Griner officiating. Born Aug. 7, 1945, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Butler Gay and Clydie Cannon Gay. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Gay; and a sister, Willie Gay. Survivors include a son, Bobby Gay and wife Angie of Norman Park; a brother, Dan Gay and wife Dorothy of Moultrie; sisters, Sherrie Gaines of Moultrie and Carrie Rowan of Pavo; a sister-in-law, Judy Gay of Moultrie; grandchildren, Josh Gay and wife Brandy of Moultrie, Adriana Gay and fiancé Travis Carlton of Norman Park and Kelsey Gay of Norman Park; great-grandchildren, Karli Parker, Blayden Gay, McKinley Gay and Zoey Carlton; special friend, Millie Woodlief of Moultrie; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
