Kassandra Ines Galvan Fuentes,27, of Moultrie, died Sunday, August 16, 2020.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 22, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Dixza Turner officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Fuentes was born on December 17, 1992 in Tampa, Florida, and was the daughter of Celines Quinones and the late Jesus Galvan. She was a lab specialist at Turning Point and was of the Christian Faith.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother, Claudio Hernandez, Jr.
Mrs. Fuentes is survived by her mother, Celines Quinones; husband, Giovanny Fuentes; son, Jeremiah James Fuentes; daughter, Celina Michelle Fuentes; sister, Jazmine Ivette Quinones; grandparents, Ines Ruiz and Roberto Ruiz, and Fransico Quinones; uncle, Julio Ceasar Gonzalez; aunts, Brenda Ines Gonzalez, and Emelie Gonzalez; nieces, Celivette Michelle Quinones, and Charlene Ines Quintanilla; and nephews, Claudio Romeo Hernandez, and Cameron Michael Quinones.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 on Friday, August 21, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
