Joseph Rhames

Joseph Christopher Rhames, 62, of Norman Park, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Rhames was born on February 10, 1959, in Panama City, Florida, he was the son of the late Sterling Christopher “Buck” Rhames and Jeannette Worthy Rhames. He was a member of the United States Navy, a self-employed cabinet maker, and was of the Christian Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Connie Rhames; grandparents, Joseph Samuel Rhames, Leila King Rhames, Cecil Glass, Jr., and Elzie Tucker Glass; brother-in-law’s, Bobby Baker, and Lynn Page; great-nephew, Hunter Tyler.
Mr. Rhames is survived by his wife, Sharon Christine Goff Rhames of Norman Park; stepchildren, Caleb Sharpe and wife Marinda of Moultrie, Allison Sharpe of Moultrie, Clint Burgess of Albany, Tonya Dean of Moultrie, and Kimberly Dean of Florida; 3 step-grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Rhames of Berlin, and Becky Baker Page of Norman Park; nephew, Derek Baker and wife Kelly of Greer, South Carolina; niece, Karen Tyler and husband Darren; and great-niece Hayley Gracie Baker.
