Jimmy Leon Waters, Sr., 69, of Norman Park, died Friday, November 20, 2020 at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Lennon Howell and B. Lowery officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Born on January 5, 1951 in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late H.L. Waters and Bernice Allegood Waters. He was a retired mechanic and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Al Waters.
Mr. Waters is survived by his loving wife, Linda Faye Hutchinson Waters of Norman Park; son, Jimmy L. Waters, Jr. of Adel; Katie Larisa Skeen of Berlin; grandchildren, Jaylin Skeen, Colby Skeen, Tyler Waters and Cayden Waters; sister, Janice Spradley and husband Robert of Norman Park; sisters in law, Nell Johnson of Ellenton and Nancy Passmore and husband Darrell of Norman Park.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
