Janice Latrelle Hiers Newsome ,61, of Moultrie, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Born on January 18, 1962, in Moultrie, GA, she was the daughter of Bernice Idell Thompson of Pavo and the late James Mitchell Hiers. She worked as an LPN for many years and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Mrs. Newsome is survived by her husband, Edward James Newsome; sons, Jeffery Ingle of Moultrie, and Michael Ingle of Jacksonville, FL; daughters, Rebecca Lewis of Pavo, and Tiffany Kuhlmann of Pavo; sisters, Sheila Smith, Rhonda Davis, and Michelle Cooper; and grandchildren, Logan Ingle, Ethan Ingle, Shelby Lewis, Charlie Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Noah Lewis, Christopher Johns, Leona Johns, Jordan Artz, Leah Artz, and Aiden Kuhlmann.
