Jane Ann Powell

Jane Ann Powell,79, of Ft. Oglethorpe, formally of Moultrie, passed away, Thursday, September 2, 2021.
A graveside will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Paulk’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday, September 10, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Born October 11, 1941, in Iowa City, Iowa. She was the daughter of the late John Tripp and Helen Fern Thomas. She was a taxi driver for Moultrie Cab.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Powell; daughter, Teresa Breeden; and brother, John W. Tripp.
Mrs. Powell is survived by her son, Daniel Powell; sisters, Judy Tripp and Becky Beall; grandchildren, Jennifer Posey, Corey Powell, and Kayla Paige; great grandchildren, Trent Powell, Sierra Weaver, Cameron Weaver, Hallie Powell, Leanne Posey; great great grandchildren, Kolten Kittle, and Karson Weaver.
Arrangements have been entrusted Baker Funeral Home.
