Born on November 1, 1958, in San Joaquin, Queretaro, Mexico, he was the son of the late M. Belen Hernandez and Romualdo Gonzalez. Floriberto, affectionately known as “Floris,” was a longtime employee of National Beef, where he worked faithfully for many years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and could often be found working in his yard. He especially loved gardening and lawn care and took great joy in passing that knowledge along to his grandchildren, teaching them how to plant, tend a garden, and care for the lawn.

Floris also enjoyed a good party and spending time with friends, but nothing brought him greater happiness than being surrounded by his family. He treasured the time spent with his children and grandchildren and the memories they made together.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sister, Alicia Gonzalez Hernandez and Sebastian Gonzalez Hernandez.
