Hubert Lewis Jordan, 71, of Moultrie, passed away at his home on Monday, July 7, 2025.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 11:00am – 12:00pm at the Baker Funeral Home Chapel.
Born on December 18, 1953, in Sylvester, Georgia, he was the son of the late Ralph Lewis Jordan and Vester Dickens Jordan.
Born with a deep-rooted love for the great outdoors, Hubert spent his happiest days in nature—whether hunting in the early morning stillness, casting a line into a quiet stream, or working in his garden with the same patience and care he gave to all who knew him. A lifelong fan of NASCAR, he rarely missed a race and proudly cheered for Chase Elliott, his favorite driver.
Those who knew Hubert remember his gentle spirit, warm laughter, and the quiet strength he carried through life. He found joy in simple things—watching the seasons change, tending to his beloved pets, and sharing stories with friends and family. His connection to animals was undeniable; they sensed the kindness in him and returned it tenfold.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his wife, Paula Rogers; life partner Belinda Kline; and, brother, Freddy James Jordan.
Mr. Jordan is survived by his daughter, Amanda Jordan of Moultrie; special daughter, Joanie Suber of Baconton; and special friends, Kenny Flowers and Terry "Shot Out" Howard.
Arrangements entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
