A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 14, 2022, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Heaven was born on May 05, 2021, in Moultrie, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Ocean Taylor Simmons.
Heaven is survived by her grandparents, Gary Simmons and wife Teresa Simmons of Norman Park, GA., grandmother, Mary Anne Watkins of Orange Park, FL., cousins, Michael, Isaiah, Camryn ; aunts, Ashley Doren and husband Thomas, Lili Rose Morris and Morris Grace Morris; uncle, Garrett Ryan Simmons.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
