The family will receive friends, 4;00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, December 3, 2021, at the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home, 2222 GA Hwy 37 E, Moultrie, GA 31788, with Matt Dibler officiating. The burial will follow at China Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 138 China Grove Church Road, Moultrie, GA 31788. Mr. Williams was a Pastor with Hope Baptist Church. The family will receive friends before the service, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, December 3, 2021 at Baker Funeral Home.
