Gregory Ricks

Gregory Alan Ricks, 61, of Norman Park, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 7, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Voyles officiating. Chuck Arrington, Chris Hunnicutt, Trent Dummer, Anthony Hunnicutt, Jason Gailey, and Lavon Morton will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Rose of Sharon Cemetery. Visitation will be held an hour before the service from 2:00-3:00 PM in the chapel of the Baker Funeral Home.
Mr. Ricks was born on June 10, 1960, in Moultrie, Ga. He was the son of the late David Glenn Ricks and Lillian Hunnicutt Ricks. He was a service tech for Harris and Bruno and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tim Ricks.
He is survived by his wife, Myrna Lynn Howard Ricks of Norman Park; daughters, Danielle Gailey and husband Jason of Doerun, Kimberly Hope Ricks of Doerun, and Ashley Lynn McLeod of Moultrie; sister, Melissa Johnson and husband Kyle of Norman Park; grandchildren, Jaycee Clark, Chayton Harrell, Ashlyn McCloud, and Jodi Gailey; great-grandson, Cason Story; sister-in-law, Judy Ricks Hay and husband James of Norman Park; and mother-in-law, Ann Howard of Doerun.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
