Gene Lamb

Gene Autrey Lamb,86, of Norman Park, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 13, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Corey Shiver officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Grove Cemetery. Michael Gage Wingate, Kevin Wingate, Rex Lamb, Blaine Bosco, Mike Carlton, and Bo Bridges will serve as pallbearers. Todd Lamb, Owen Lamb, and Griffin Stanfill will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Mr. Lamb was born on July 10, 1935, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Henry Thomas Lamb and Seffie Lulamay Hackle Lamb.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Christian Life Center.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Nadine Davis Lamb; brothers, B.L. Lamb, Hulen Lamb, Rayburn Lamb, Wesley Lamb, and W.D. Lamb; sisters, Estelle Crosby, Daisey Mae Howard, and Della Chauncey. Mr. Lamb is survived by his sons, Billy Lamb and wife Laura of Norman Park, and Ricky Lamb and wife Lori of Coolidge; daughters, Susan Rosengrant and husband David of Norman Park, and Shari Bell and husband Mark of Moultrie; brother, D.L. Lamb of Moultrie: sister, Dolphine Hiers of Sandersville, Georgia; grandchildren, Kelly Marsh (Steve), Kim Bridges (Colby), Hope Todd, Julie Wingate (Brent), Lacey Stanfill, Owen Lamb (Stacey), Todd Lamb; great-grandchildren, Michael Gage Wingate, Blaine Bosco, Kevin Wingate, Lindsey Henderson, Griffin Stanfill, Bo Bridges, Brady Lamb, Tripp Bridges, Asa Lamb, and Olivia Todd; and 3 great great-grandchildren
Visitation will be held one hour before the service from 10:00-11:00 AM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
