Frances Coffin Illian, 90 of Moultrie, died Thursday, March 19, 2020 at her residence.
A private family graveside service will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Illian was born August 10, 1929 in Milford, Delaware, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Coffin and Thelma Records Coffin. She was retired from The Goldleaf Restaurant and was a member of Crestwood Baptist Church. Her family remembers how loving and devoted she was as a wife, mother, and a grandmother. She was always so thoughtful of others and loved to give to anyone she knew. She hugged everyone she met and never failed to make sure you knew she loved you before you left. Her legacy will live on forever with us.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Homer Illian, Jr., brother, Thomas Coffin, sister, Naomi Beebe and great-great granddaughter, Cheyene Wickett.
She is survived by her sons, Dana Illian and wife Carol of Salisbury, Maryland, Doyle Illian and wife Karen of Moultrie, Richard Illian of Moultrie; daughters, Jean McLaughlin of Laurel, Delaware, Bonnie Illian of Moultrie, Jackie Blocker and Jay of Moultrie, Sheila Adkins of Camilla, Donna Plymel and husband Jerry, Moultrie; sister-in-Law, Jean Coffin of Plattesburg, NY; 23 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
