Born on August 7, 1959, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late James “Bubber” Alfred Morgan and Patricia Norman Morgan. Flynn was a deeply patriotic man who devoted his life to serving others. As a firefighter, he faithfully served his community with courage, dedication, and compassion. His love for his country was evident in the pride he took in his family, especially his grandson, whose service in the military filled him with immense pride and honor. He greatly admired his grandson’s commitment to serving their country and spoke often of how proud he was of the man he had become. He was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Morgan is survived by his daughter, Magan Lynn Morgan Phillips of Thomasville; brothers, Jimmy Morgan and Tim Morgan, both of Norman Park; sister, Lynn Deloach of Moultrie; grandchildren, Kelsey Whitfield, Garrett Maxwell, Nathan Phillips; and great-grandchild, Jaeger Whitfield.
