Eva Kay Grier Lindsey

Eva Kay Grier Lindsey, 69, of Moultrie, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at her home.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.

Born on December 11, 1956, in Colquitt County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Robert Grier and Ruthie Gibbs Grier.

Mrs. Lindsey enjoyed fishing, spending time at the beach, and crocheting. She was the proud owner of Granny K’s Thrift Store in Moultrie, where she enjoyed visiting with friends and customers. She also dedicated many years of service to the Sportsman’s Restaurant, where she was a familiar and friendly face to all who came through the doors.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Troy Lee Lindsey, Jr., and her sister, Vicky Miliam.

Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her husband, Troy Lee Lindsey, Sr.; sons, Chad Aldridge and wife Veronica, and Scott Lindsey and wife Samantha; daughters, April Allegood and husband Lawton, and Renee Dunlap and husband Jerry; sisters, Renee Vinson and husband Kenneth, Rita Johnson, and Winnifred Beckner and husband Gene; brother, Donnie Grier and wife Patsy; ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
