Donald Eugene "Skeeter" Griffin

Donald Eugene “Skeeter” Griffin, 60, of Moultrie, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at his home.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 pm, at Baker Funeral Home.

Born on September 16, 1965, in Tifton, Georgia, he was the son of Sara Frances Mathis Powell and husband Charles, and the late Marvin Griffin.

Mr. Griffin worked for Destiny Mobile Home Industries for over thirty years as an electrician. Fishing was his favorite hobby and a way for him to relax in his spare time.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Eastman Powell.

Mr. Griffin is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Carol Patterson Griffin of Moultrie; mother, Sara Frances Mathis Powell and husband Charles; daughter, Meghann Wiley of Tifton; brother, Marvin Steve Griffin of Ty Ty; sister, Judy Diane Napier of Tifton; three grandchildren, six nieces and nephews, eight great-nieces and nephews, and a special fur baby, Tiffany.
