Debra Wapinsky

Debra Wapinsky, 70 of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on July 13, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

She was born March 7, 1955, in Kearny, New Jersey, to the late John Muchnicki and Helen Reid Muchnicki.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother John Muchnicki

Debbie is survived by her husband James Wapinsky; son Richard Orr, Jr. and wife April; sister Susan D’Altilio and her husband Mark; nieces Michelle and Jennifer Listowski; cousin Elizabeth Klitch.
