Daniel Rogers Evarts, 72, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

A private interment will be held.

He was born on June 7, 1953, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Harry Wilson Evarts and Margaret Janet Rogers Evarts. He worked for the USDA as an agricultural technician for many years before retiring.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Ann Brown Evarts of Moultrie; sons, Daniel Rogers Evarts, Jr. of Athens, James Evarts and wife Elizabeth of Newton, and Dylan Evarts of Moultrie; sisters, Sybil Coley of Atlanta and Leila Schellenberg and husband Bob of North Carolina.
