Chavalit Clint Lewis

Chavalit Clint Lewis, 54, of Moultrie, died Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in the Chapel at Baker Funeral Home with Jimmy Voyles officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Born on September 21, 1967, in Thailand, he was the son of Lek Leeskul Lewis and the late George Clinton Lewis. He was a machinist at Southern Carbid, a sales associate at the Home Depot and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, CaSondra Dennis of Moultrie; son, Kolby Lewis and Miranda “Mouse” Somers of Moultrie; daughter, Kaitlyn Lewis of Moultrie; and sister, Nusara Lewis McFry and husband Jeff of Atlanta.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home
