Charlotte Lee McKellar

Charlotte Lee Tanner McKellar, 83, of Norman Park, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.
A private family service will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2022, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Patrick Holman, Louis Jackson, Stephen Holman, Bethany Holman, Ava Jackson, Arden Jackson, Gracie McKellar, and Gabriel McKellar will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Born February 28, 1939, in Seville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John Tanner and Marguerite Embry Tanner. Mrs. McKellar was a retired high school English teacher and member of The First Presbyterian Church in Moultrie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Teresa Ann Arrowood; brothers, Colquitt Tanner, and Lelas Tanner; and sister, Cecilia Tanner.
Mrs. McKellar is survived by her husband, Charles McKellar of Norman Park; son, Charlie McKellar, Jr. and wife Charissa of Norman Park; daughters, Margie Garcia and husband Cesar of Adel, Georgia, and Fran Jackson of Orange Park, Florida; stepdaughters, Dahlia Brewer and husband Jay of Cummings, Georgia, and Charlotte Burnett and husband Brandon of Norman Park, Georgia; and 18 grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
