Bobby Joe Willis

Bobby Joe Willis, 56, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away at Archbold Medical Center on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, 2023, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home, with Rev. Benny Smith and Rev. Shannon Partain officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held one hour before the service, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Born on January 15, 1967, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Joseph Curtis Willis and Mildred Smith Young. Mr. Willis was retired. He had a passion for music. He loved playing the guitar and was an active Open Door Church worship service member.
Mr. Willis is survived by his sons, Zachary Willis and Joseph Willis, both of Moultrie; brother, Bill Willis, and wife Caroline of Cumming; stepfather, Tracy Young of Moultrie; stepsisters, Tonya McGalliard and husband Greg and Hope Dozier and husband Matt, both of Moultrie; and several extended family members.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
