Billy Ray Brown POULAN Billy Ray Brown, 55, of Poulan, Ga., died Saturday, May 31, 2014, in Poulan. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 4, in Poulan Cemetery in Poulan, Ga., with the Rev. Gordy Poole officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., on Wednesday, at graveside. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
