Andrew "Joe" Bynum

Andrew Joseph “Joe” Bynum, 94, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Hopewell Church Cemetery with Rev. Andy Croft officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.
Born on February 20, 1928, in Colquitt County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Edward J. Bynum and Katie Jane Truluck Bynum. He was retired from Davis Gas Company and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Swords Bynum; daughter, Judy Bynum McKinnon; son-in-law, Steve Belcher; step-daughter, Ann Rhodes; 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Mr. Bynum is survived by his daughter, Martha Bynum Belcher of Moultrie; son-in-law, Mark McKinnon of Norman Park; grandchildren, Joseph McKinnon of Boston, John Belcher and wife Chrissie of Augusta, Andrew Belcher and wife Shannon of Pelham, and Stephanie Lundy and husband Chase of Macon; step-children, Buck Cooper and wife Linda of Patterson, William Cooper and wife Mary of Patterson, Delma Connell and husband Robert of Moultrie, Tommy Cooper and wife Vickie of Blackshear, and Wanda Thompson and husband Ken of Grand Cayman, Island; stepson-in-law, Mike Rhodes and many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
