​Pamela Dianne Johnson, 49, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022, at her home in New Elm, GA. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at New Elm Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Holton and Rev. Trey Eakins officiating. Pallbearers will be Andy Roland, David Manning, Arnold Dell, Colin Dampier, Chip Dell, and David Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Lancaster, Nicole Roland, Carson Bradley, and Brody Bradley. Interment will follow at New Elm Church cemetery. The family will receive visitors one hour before the service, starting at 3:00 PM.
​Born on June 11, 1972, in Adel, GA to Larry Johnson and Theresa Dell, Pam was of the Baptist Faith. Pam was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ellis and Mattie Mae Dell of Moultrie, GA and David and Allie Bell Johnson of Quitman, GA, her aunts Maxine Watson, Edna Bryant, Patricia Roland, Ernestine Beach, Christine Dell, her uncles Winfred Dell, Stephen Dell, Richard Dell, Danny Johnson, Billy Johnson, and her cousins Karen Dell, Mattie Dell, Sue Jarvis, Ricky Dell, and Pete Johnson.
​Pam is survived by her mother, Theresa Dell of New Elm, GA, her father, Larry Johnson of Hudson, FL, sisters Tracy Royals of New Elm, GA, Stephanie Johnson and her husband Colin Dampier of Pavo, GA, brother Larry David Johnson Jr. and his wife Pamela Johnson of New Port Richie, FL, uncle Donald Roland of Nashville, GA, aunts Maxine Dell of New Elm, GA, Charlotte Folsom of Adel, GA, nieces Heather Bradley of Doerun, GA, Jessica Kailing of Norman Park, GA, nephews Brandon Mancil of Thomasville, GA, Matthew Mancil of Ochlocknee, GA, Larry David Johnson III of New Port Richie, FL, great nieces AllieMae Bradley, Nova Bradley, Brinley Kailing, Blakely Kailing, great nephews Carson Bradley, Brody Bradley, and her very special friends Ben and Shirley Odom, Ron and Linda Bogart, and Toni Herring.
​Pam had a heart of gold and was always very supportive of her family. She loved hard and was always willing to help those around her. Her hobbies included fishing, playing games, collecting teddy bears, being outside listening to music, and visiting with her friends down the street. She loved going to church and had a very strong relationship with her savior. Pam always had a positive attitude and no matter what trials were put before her, she attacked them head on and she never let them stop her from living her best life. Her love of God and her devotion to her friends and family will always be remembered.
